Winona ORC receives a $7500 Xcel Energy Grant

Winona ORC is the recipient of a $7,500 Xcel Energy Grant, to help optimize client’s vocational, personal and social skills to succeed in the work-place and in their every day lives. The money from the Xcel Energy Grant will be used in providing a learning environment for employment and social skills for Winona ORC clients to improve their knowledge in obtaining and retaining employment.
