Winona ORC was awarded a $7,500 grant from the Xcel Energy Foundation in August of 2010. This grant will support services provided to people with disabilities in Southeast Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.  Mandi Householder comments; "Thanks to the Xcel Energy Foundation, WORC will be able to maintain services to a target population of people with mental illness in Southeast Minnesota and Western Wisconsin; helping them realize their potential and creating economic self-sufficiency. We are grateful Xcel Energy invests back into the communities they serve."
