State legislatures are proposing budget cuts in the Health and Human Service area. Please join Winona ORC in our efforts to raise awareness of this important issue. These cuts may have a direct impact on Winona agencies.

 

Winona ORC, Home and Community Options, and the Winona County DAC are rallying together and fighting the proposed funding cuts from the legislature targeting services for people with disabilities.

 

 

We need YOUR help and support! The proposed funding cuts could decrease programs and services available to our neighbors with disabilities! Please meet us at the Lake Lodge Park at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 9^th.
