Winona ORC is a nonprofit organization that provides job opportunities to over 320 people with disabilities on a daily basis in Southeast Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. They were awarded a grant from the Xcel Energy Foundation to support services provided to people with disabilities.

Mandi Householder comments; "Thanks to the Xcel Energy Foundation, Winona ORC will be able to maintain services to a target population of people with mental illness in Southeast Minnesota and Western Wisconsin; helping them realize their potential and creating economic self-sufficiency. We are grateful Xcel Energy invests back into the communities they serve."
