The 2009 Satisfaction Survey had 115 responses with a 75% favorable response to the services that WORC provides. Thank you to all who took time to fill out the survey.
One area of concern that was expressed with all participant groups was difficulty in communication or getting information communicated. Many responders noted a marked improvement in the organization but sentiment is they would like to be better informed. We will address these concerns is a variety of ways; additional communication with staff via email,
communication with other parties on a quarterly basis with WORC newsletter updates, client and employee pay check stuffers, and other postings as needed.
