Q: What is your favorite thing about working at Winona ORC?

A: Working with such incredible, dedicated staff and employees!

Q: Who are some of the people you’ve met at Winona ORC?

A: Maria is our front desk superstar! Rachel keeps us all paid! Jordan is a huge help in our laundry department! Michael tells great “knock knock” jokes!

Q: What is your favorite thing about working at Winona ORC?

A: The great work we do to support the community through the laundry, janitorial, and other amazing departments!

Q: What do you wish others knew about Winona ORC?

A: I want everyone to know what an honor and privilege it is to work with incredibly talented people like our staff and employees. That people iwth disabilities are amazing and I am a better person because I have the honor of working with them!

Q: What do you think will change about Winona ORC over the next five years?

A: Lots of things in the rehab field are changing right now. What I see as the biggest changes are how we are funded and that many more of our employees will be employed in the community.

Q: What do you do when you aren’t working at Winona ORC?

A: I love to read books about Eleanor Roosevelt, like to garden and hang out with my family at home: Mark (my husband), Lexi (my yellow lab), Angel (my torbie cat) and Jack (my new parakeet)!

Q: What is your first memory about Winona ORC?

A: Getting a tour of the laundry facility after my interview. It was so big and impressive!

Q: Why do you support Winona ORC?

A: Because I believe in our mission and the work we do to support people with disabilities and their employment goals! Come join us!
