Employment Planning Services are designed to assist a client seeking employment to learn about employment opportunities within the community and to make informed choices. EPS are individualized to assist a client to choose employment outcomes based on their preferences, strengths, abilities and needs. Examples include situational assessments, paid job trials, job tryouts and job shadowing.
