Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of Winona ORC relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations. Responsible for maintaining all payroll functions. Oversee and manage all workers compensation and unemployment claims. Act as Corporate Compliance Officer and manager of EEO/AA compliance and Title VI. Ensure activities and operations are carried out in compliance with all regulatory agencies, and with Winona ORC’s mission, vision, goals, and policies. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management required. SHRM certification preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management required. SHRM certification preferred.

Salary Range is between $50,000-$60,000 Annually
